Procedures for Tax Exempt Purchases

LessonPix is happy to honor your organization's Tax Exempt Status.  However, our online process to purchase an individual subscription is not setup to remove sales tax from your purchase directly.

If your organization is Tax Exempt, please consider setting up a Group License.  This will ensure that all of your users get appropriate training and that your group is eligible for appropriate bulk discounts.  Even on organizations too small to warrant a discount, a LessonPix Group account provides significant benefits in terms of monitoring and purchasing options: we will be happy to honor your Purchase Order and provide 30 day terms.

Whether you create a group or wish to purchase a single license, the procedure for Tax Exempt Purchase is the same:

1. Please Upload your Tax Exempt Certificate via our third-party certificate manager, Avalara.
2. Once upload is complete, please contact [email protected] to request a group or individual license.  Your order can be processed via Credit Card, PayPal, and Purchase Order/Invoicing.
3. Your license will be activated after your certificate is validated.

If you have already paid Sales Tax on an exempt transaction, please Upload your Tax Exempt Certificate and then forward a copy of your receipt (from Authorize.net or PayPal) to [email protected].  We will be happy to refund your sales tax after validation.
