Little Blue Truck has many levels of vocabulary, that grows with your child. For little ones, start with fun sounds and farm animals. 

For prek, kindergarten, and first grade students, delve into harder words. Start in isolation, and then look in context. Maybe make a scavenger hunt to find the words in the story.

Fine Motor

Art

Lay out bulletin board paper. Pour brown paint on the paper to make a mud pile. Find toy trucks with big grippy tires and roll them through the mud / paint making tire tracks on the remaining parts of the paper. (You can also use piecec of paper to make tracks for the student to take home.) You can also walk plastic animals through the paint to make animal tracks too.
